1962-05I~111 No. 1962-5 AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE No. 11.10 An Ordinance Amending That Certain Ordinance No. 11.10 of the Village of Richfield Entitled "An Ordinance Relating to Business Activities on Sundays, Prohibiting Certain of Such Activities, and providing Penalties for Violations'"x passed the 13th day of Februarys 1962, as subsequently amended. THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD ORDAINS: Ordinance No. 11.10 of the Village of Richfield entitled "An Ordinance Relating to Business Activities on Sundays, Prohibiti ng Certain of Such Activities, And Providing Penalties for Violations"~ passed the 13th day of February, 1962' as subsequently amended, is hereby amended in the following respect: Section 5 thereof is hereby amended by adding,. after paragraph (8) thereof, the following prova.sion~ to-watt "'(9) The sale of fresh fruits and vegetables at an establishment devoted exclusively to the sale of such products, and plants and flowers, and which.is operated seasonally for. not more than six consecutive months in any calendar year."
