The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain that Ordinance
No. 2.03 of the Village of Richfield, entitled "An Ordinance for the Purpose
of Promoting Health, Safety, Order, Convenience, Prosperity and General
1-~lelfare by Regulating the IJse of Land, the Location and Ilse of Buildings,
the Arrangement of Buildings on Tots, and the Density of Population in the
Village of Richfield, Iiennepin County, Minnesota", passed October 25, 1954,
as subsequently amended is hereby amended in the following respectst
(l~ Section 5, sub-section 3 thereof, is hereby amended by deletimmg
therefrom the following paragraph, to-wit:
"That area lying between the center lines
alleys in Bl.oclcs 1, 2., 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and
Adcli ti.o n and between the center lines of
B1oek 1, said addition and 24th Avenue."
(2) Section 5, sub-section 3 thereof, is here
to the following paragraph, to-wit:

thereto the following paragraph, to-wit:
Lots 10 through 14 in each of Blocks 4, 5, 6, 7 and 72T New
