The Village Council of th.e Village of Richfield do ordain that
Ordinance No. 2.03 of the Village of Richfield, entitled "An Ordinance
for the Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety, Order, Convenience, Prosper-
ity and General I~4'elfare by Regulating the Use of Land, the Location and
Use of Buildings, the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots, and the Density
of Population in the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County, A4innesota":
passed October 25, 1954 , as subsequently amended is hereby amerid.ed in
the following respects:
1) Section 5, Sub-section 4 thereof, is hereby amended by de-
leting therefrom the following paragraph, to ~vit:

"That area lying between the center lines of \Ticollet
Avenue and of Block land 8, Towns Edge Addition and
between the center line of 65th Street and the north.
line of Block 1 of said Addition".
2) Section 5, Sub section 4 thereof, is her~~y amended by
adding the r. e to the following paragraph, to-wit :
"Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 8, and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4
and 5, Block 1, Towns Edge Addition°'.
3) Section 5, Sub-section 3 thereof, is hereby amended by add-
ing thereto the following paragraph, to-wit:
''Lots 5, 6 and 7, Block 8, Towns Edge Addition".

field, in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, on Thursday of
each. week; that during all said time said newspaper has been printed
in the English language from its office of publication witYlin the Vil-
lage of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota, from which it is issued
as above stated 'and in newspaper format and in column and sheet
form equivalent in space to at least 450 running inches of single col-
umn, two inches wide; has been issued as aforesaid once each week
from a known office established in said place of publication and em-
ploying skilled workmen and t+he necessary material for preparing
and printing the same; that the press work on that part of the news-
paper devoted to local news of interest to the community it purports
to serve has been done in its known office of publication; that during
all said time in its makeup not less than twenty-five percent of its
news columns have been devoted to local news of interest to the com-
munity it purports to serve; that during all said time it has not
wholly duplicated any other publication, and has not been entirely
made up of patents, plate matter and advertisements; has been cir-
culated in and near its said place of publication to the extent of at
least two hundred and forty (240) copies regularly delivered to pay-
ing subscribers and has entry as second class matter in its local post-
office; that a copy of each issue has been filed with. the- State Histori-
cal Society, St. Paul; and that there has been on file in the offices of the
County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota, the affidavit of a per-
son having knowledge of the facts, showing tine name and location of
said newspaper and the existence of the conditions constituting its
qualifications as a legal newspaper,
