The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain
that Ordinance No. 2.03 of the Village of Richfield, entitled "An
Ordinance for the Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety, Order,
Convenience, Prosperity and General C~lelfare by Regulating the Use
of Land, the Location and Use of Buildings, the Arrangement of
Buildings on Lots, and the Density of Population in the Village
of Richfield, Hennepin County, b~innesota", passed October 25, 1954,
as subsequently amended is hereby amended in the following respect:
Section 5, Sub-section 4 thereof is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following paragraph, to-evit:
"t~F; of the SL of Lot 12, Richfield Gardens".
