AS StJBSEQTJENTLY A~~IENDED.
The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain
that Ordinance No. 2.03 of the Village of Richfield, entitled "An
Ordinance for th.e Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety, Order,
Convenience, Prosperity and General Welfare by Regulating the Use
of Land, the Location and Use of Buildings, tb.e Arrangement of
Buildings on Lots, and the Density of Population in the Village of
Richfield, Hennepin County, D4innesota", passed October 25, 1954, as
subsequently amended is hereby amended in the following respect:
Section 5, Sub-Section 4, is hereby amended by adding
thereto the following paragraph., to-wit:
"Tracts A and B, Registered Land Survey No. 1003".
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this 24th/
day of July, 1961.

Robert A. Broad, L. R, Farrington, Guy T. Farrington, being duly
sworn, on oath says; that he is, and during all the times herein stated
has been, one of the publishers of the newspaper known as The
Richfield News, and has full knowledge of the facts hereinafter
stated; that for more than one year prior to the publication therein:

hereto attached, said n9>wspaper was published in the Village of Rich-
field, in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, on Thu-rsday of
each week; that during ail said time said newspaper has been printed
in the English language from its office of publication within tl~e Vil-
lage of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota, from which it is issued
as above stated and in newspaper format and in column and sheet.
form equivalent in space to at least 450 running inches of single col-
umn, two inches wide; has been issued a.s aforesaid once each. week
from a known office established in said place of publication and e1n-
ploying skilled workmen and the necessary material for preparing
and printing the same; that the press work on that part of the news-
paper devoted to local news of interest to the community it purports
to serve has been done in its known office of publication; that during
ail said time in its makeup not less than twenty-five percent of fts
news columns have been devoted to local news of interest to the com-
munity it purports to serve; that during all said time it has not
wholly duplicated any other publication, and has not been entirely
made up of patents, plate matter and advertisements; has been cir-
culated in and near its said place of publication to the extent of at
least two hundred and forty (240) copies regularly delivered to pay-
ing subscribers and has entry as second class matter in its local post-
office; that a copy of each issue has been filed with the State Histori-
cal Society, St. Paul; and that there has been on file in the office of the
County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota., the affidavit of a per-
son having knowledge of the facts, showing the name and location of
said newspaper and the existence of the conditions constituting itti
qualifications as a legal newspaper.
