Th.e Village Council of the Village of R~..chfzcld do ordain that
Ordinance No. 2.02 of the ~Ji1l.age of Richfield, entitled "An Ordinance
for the Purpose of Promoting Health, "afety, Order, Convenience,
I~rosperity and General t~delfare by Regulating the Use of Lanc'~, the
Location and Use of Buildings, th.e t?rra.ngement of Buildings on Lots, and
the Density of Population in th.e Village of Lichfield, Hennepin County,
R4innesota", passed t~ctober 25, 1954, as sLtbsegnently amended is hereby
amended in the following respects;
(1} Section 5, Sub-Section 2 thereof, is hereby antendeci by
delet3.ng therefrom the fol.l.otving paragraph, to-wit:
"That area lying between th.e center line of Cedar. Ave.
and the center line of Block 4, t~?exler°s Adc1.ition, Block
1, Cedar Sunrise 2nd Addition, Block 1., Cedar Sunrise
3rd Eddition. and between the Centex lines of 70tiz and
67th Streets."
(2) Section S, Sub-Section 3 thereof, is hereby fL~rther
amended by adding thereto the follot,9,ing paragraph, to-t~Jit:
"Lots 1 thro!~gh 8, Bloch 1, 5-?'exlers Addition, and lots 5
through 8, Block 1, Cedar Sunrise 3rd Add.i_tion."
