ALLEYS IN Th'E VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD AND PRO-
VIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF.
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIE LD DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOj~S
Section 1. No person shall drive a motor vehicle on any
public alley in the Village of Richfield at a speed greater
than is reasonable and prudent under the circumstances, and in
no event at a speed greater than 10 miles per hour.
Section 2. Any person convicted of violation of this
section shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed $100 or
by imprisonment for not more than 90 days.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective upon its
approval of the maximum speeds established herein by the Comb
missioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota, and after its
adoption and publication.
Passed by the Villa~e Council of the Village of Lichfield
this 12th day of June, 1961.
