AN ORDINANCE CREATING A PUBLIC i~ORRS RESERVE FUND

THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD DU ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWSo
Section to A public works reserve fund is hereby createdg pur~
scant tt~o~~$nnesota Statutesa Section ~~lo~`~m
S~ct,~®~ 2~: Such fund shall consist of monies appropriated t~
it by the village councils from tir.~e to time3 from net earnings from
the municipal liquor stores in excess of amounts budgeted for general
governmental operations and from such other revenues. as the village
council-may from tame to time determine to be available for that
purpose o
Section 3o Such fund shall be used only for capital improvements
of a type for c~hich the village is authorized t.o issue bonds ~ including
the acquisition and betterment of par~:s ~ rnunicipa~_ buildings ~ swimming
pools and other s°ecreational facilitiesa
Section 4o The village council. shall not expend the monies in
said fund for any improvement not authorized by Section ~ hereof
without first obtaining the approval. of the votes°s ~ as provided in
N~innesota Statutese Section 4~10~~~ subGdivislon ~Q
