The Village Council. of the Village of Richfield do ordain that
Ordinance No. 2.03 of the Village of Richfield, entitled "An Ordinance
for-the Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety, Order, Convenience, Pros-
perity and General ?~,%elfare by Regulating the Use of Lancl, the Location
and Use of Buildings, the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots, anti the Density
of Population in the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County, I~4innesota",
passed October 25, 1954, as subsequently amended is her-eby amended in the
following respects:
(1) Section 5, Sub-section 4 thereof is hereby amended by aclding
thereto the following paragraphs, to-wit:
"Lots 1 through 8, except the East 135' thereof, Block 4,
Betcher's Addition."

(2) Section 5~ sub-section 5 thereof is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the, following paragraph, to suit:
"Lot 2, Block 4, Nicollet Ttonnes Addition, and that portion of
vacated 63rd St. north of and. adjacent to said Lot 2".
"That area lying between the center lines of the P4inneapolis-
Northfield and Southern Railway right-of-way and Blocks 4 and
5, Nicollet I-Iomes ~?ddL. ti-on and Block 4, Botcher' s Addition and
between the south line of Lot 7, Block 5, Nicollet I-Iomes addi-
tion and the south Line of Lot 8, Block 4, Betcher's Addition."
