Convenience, Pros- ,, perity and General Welfare by Regulating the Use of Land, the Location and Use of Buildings, the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots and the Density of Population in the Village.. of Richfield, Hennepin County„ Minnesota'", passed the 25th day of October 1954, as subsequently amended, is hereby amended in the following respect:: , Section 5, Subdivision 3 thereof, entitled "General Commercial District" is hereby amended by adding thereto the. following para- graph, to-wit: .- The North 75 feet of the South 986 feet of the East 1b6.3 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 28, Range 24, except Penn Avenue.
