An Amendment to Section 5,. Subsections 3 and 4 of the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Richf field Entitled "Ala Ordinance for
the Purpose of Promoting Health,, Safety, Order, Convenience,"
Prosperity and General Welfare by•Regulating the Use of Land,
the Location and Use of Buildings, the Arrangement of Build-
ings on Lots and the Density of Population in the Village of
Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota" Passed the 25th day of
October, 1954, as Subsequently Amended.
CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN:
The zoning ordinance of the City of Richfield entitled '''An Ordinance for the Purpose
of Promoting Health,, Safety„ Order,. Convenience,, Prosperity and General Welfare by Regu-
lating the Use of Land, the Location and Use of Buildings,, the Arrangement of Buildings on
Lots and the Density of Population in the Village of Richf field, Hennepin County, Minnesota",
passed the~25th day of October 1954, ~as subsequently amended, is hereby amended in the fol-
lowing respects::
la Section 5, Subsection 3 thereof,. entitled "General Commercial District" is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following paragraph, to-wit:
'That area'•lying within the following described boundaries: Beginning at
- the intersection of 63rd Street and the center line of alley of Block 1, Rays
Lynnhurst 2nd Addition, thence running southerly along the center line of said
alley extended to the easterly shore of Grass Lake, thence southeasterly along
the shore of Grass Lake to the east section line of Section 28, Township 28,
Range 24 ;, thence southerly along said section line to the center line of 65th
Street; thence northeasterly along the center line of 65th Street to the inter-
section with Lyndale Avenue;, 'thence northwesterly and northerly along the center
line of Lyndale Avenue to the intersection of 63rd Streets thence westerly along
the center line of 63rd Street to the point of,beginning and there terminating/
2. Section 5, Subsection 3 thereof, entitled "General Commercial District" is hereby
amended by Adding thereto the following paragraph,, to-wit:
" That area lying within the following described boundariesx Beginning at the
intersection of 63rd Street and the center line of 'alley of Block 1, Ray's Lynn-
hurst 2nd Addition, thence running southerly"along the center line of said alley
extended to the easterly shore of Grass Lake, thence southeasterly al-ong the
shore of Grass Lake to the east section line of Section 28, Township 28,. Range
24 ;; thence southerly along said section line to the center line of 65th Street;,
thence northeasterly along the center line of 65th Street to the intersection
with Lyndale Avenue; thence northwesterly and northerly along the center line of
Lyndale Avenue to the intersection of 63rd Street; thence westerly along the

except Tract "C" of Registered Land Survey #675.
3.. Section 5, Subsection 4 thereof, entitled "Multiple Residences" is hereby
amended by adding thereto the following paragraph, to-wit:
