Order, Convenience, Prosperity and General [welfare by Regulating the Use of Land, the Location and Use of Build- ings, the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots and the Density of Popula- tion in the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota" Passed the 25th day of October, 1954, as Subsequently amended. CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: The zoning ordinance of the City of Richf field entitled "An Ordinance for the Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety, Order, Convenience, Prosperity and General lwelfare by Regulating the Use of Lana,, the Location and Use of Buildings, the Ar- rangement of Buildings on Lots and the Density of Population in the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County,. Minnesota", passed the 25th day of October 1954, as subsequently amended, is hereby amended in the following respects: 1.. Section 5, Subsection 4 thereof, entitled "Multiple Residences" is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following paragraph, to-wit:: /fihat area lying between the center lines of Sheridan and Queen Avenues and between the center line of 7 7th Street and a line distant 165 feet northerly and parallel thereto./ 2. Section 5, Subsection 3 thereof, entitled "General Commercial District" is hereby amended by adding thereto the following new paragraph, to-wit:: That area lying between the center lines of Sheridan and Penn Avenues and between the center lines of 76th and 77th Streets, except the North 258 feet of the West 170 feet thereof.
