An Ordinance Amending Paragraph 11, Section 1.11 of That
Certain Ordinance No. 3.38 of the City of Richf field Entitled
"An Ordinance Relating to Sale of Set-Ups for Consumption of
Liquor on Premises", Passed the 28th day of December 1964.
CITY OF RICHFIEID DOES ORDAIN:
Paragraph 11, Section 1.11 of Ordinance No. 3.38 of the City of Richfield

entitled "An Ordinance Relating to Sale of Set-Ups for Consumption of Liquor
on Premises" is hereby amended to read as follows:
"11. No bottle of liquor brought into the licensed premises shall be
given to the bar attendant or any employee for the serving to the owner
of the bottle. All such bottles shall be kept in plain sight by the
owner and shall be in his possession and under his control at all times.
Such bottles shall be identified by the owners name plainly written on the
bottle. The patron shall take such bottle with him when he leaves. No
set-up shall be carried from the room where it is served. In each room
where set-ups are served there shall be a representative of the management
other than a waitress present at all times to supervise while set-ups are
being served or consumed."
