AN AMENDMENT TO SECTION 5, SUBSECTION 4 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OP RICHFIELD ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE
OF PROMOTING HEALTH, SAFETY, ORDER, CONVENIENCE, PROSPERYTY AND
GENERAL WELFARE BY REGULATING THE USE OF LAND, THE LOCATION AND
USE OF BUILDINGS, THE ARRANGEMENT OF BUILDINGS ON LOTS AND THB
DENSITY OF POPiTI,ATION IN THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD, HENNEPIN
COi1NTY, MINNESOTA" PASSED THE 25TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1954, AS
SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED.
CITY OF RIGHFIE LD DOES ORDAIN:
The zoning ordinance of the City of Richfield entitled "An Ordinance
for the Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety, Order, Convenience, Pros-
perity and General Welf are by Regulating the Use of Land, the Location
and Use of Buildings, the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots and the
Density of Population in the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County,
Minnesota"', passed the 25th day of October 1954 is hereby amended in the
following respect:
Section 5, Subsection 4, thereof entitled "Multiple Residences" is
hereby amended by adding the following new matter;
"The West 82 feet of the South 1/2 of Lot 67L Sabin Lake Harriet
Garden Lots Addition".
Passed by the council this 8th day of March, 1965.
