ORDINANCE NO. 15.02
AN OP:DINANCE ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL STATE-AID S1REI"!' FUND
CITY OF RICHFIEID DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of 5"ection 7.12, Subdivision
5 of the city charter, there is established a separate fund of the city to
be known as the Municipal State Aid Street Fund.
Section 2. There shall. be paid into such fund (a) such sums as have
heretofore been received or are hereafter received by the city as municipal
state-aid street funds under the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 152,
Cb) the proceeds of any municipal state-aid street bonds issued pursuant to
said Chapter 162, and (c) such other monies as ma.y be appropriated thereto by
the city or which by law are to be handled in the same manner as municipal
state-aid street funds..
Section 3. Monies in such fund shall be disbursed for the purposes
and subject to the rules and regale tions applicable to municipal state aid
street funds.
