OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD ENTITLED '"AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE
OF PROMOTING HEAL~-I, SAFETY, ORDER,.: CONVENIENCE, PROSPERITY AND
GENERAL WELFARE BY REGULA TING TJ3E USE OF LAND, TI-IE LOCATION AND
USE OF BUILDINGS, THE ARRAN EMENT OF BUILDINGS ,ON LOTS AND THE
DENSITY OF POPULATION IN THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD; HENNEPIN
COiJNTY, MINNESOTA" PASSED THE 25TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1954, AS SUB-
SEQiJENTLY AA~NDED.
CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN:
The zoning ordinance of the City of Richfield entitled "An Ordinance
for the Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety, Order, Convenience, Prosperity
and General Welfare by Regulating the Use of Land, the Location and Use of
Buildings, the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots and the Density of Population
in the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota", passed the 25th
day of October 1954 is hereby amended in the following respect:
Section 5, Subsection 4, thereof entitled "Multiple Residences" is
hereby amended by adding the following new matter:
"Lots 8, 9, 1S, 16, 17L 18, 1.9 and 20, Block b, New
Ford Town,"'
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, this
8th day of March, 1965.
