AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THAT CERTAIN ORDINANCE No. 2.03 OF THE
VILLAGE OF RICHFTELD~ MINNESOTA, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE FOR THE
PURPOSE OF PROMOTING HEALTH, SAFETY, ORDER, CONVENIENCE, PROS-
PERITY AND GENERAL WELFARE BY REGULATING THE USE OF LAND, THE
LOCATION AND USE OF BUILIIDINGS, THE ARRANGEMENT OF BUILDINGS ON
LOTS AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION IN THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD,
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA" PASSED THE 25th DAY OF OCTOBER, 195~s
AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED.

The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain that
Ordinance No. 2.03 of the Village of Richfield, entitled ":A.n Ordinance for
the purpose of Promoting Health, Safety' Order, Convenience, Prosperity
and General Welfare by Regulating the Use of Land, the Location and Use of
Buildings, the arrangement of Buildings on Lots, and the Density of Popu-
lation in the Village of Richfield, Hennepin County, Minnesota"~ passed
October 25, 195t~, as subsequently amended is hereby amended in the following
respect:
"Section 5, Sub-section 3 thereof, is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following paragraph' to-wit:
"The area bound by the following line: Beginning at
a point J~88 ft. South of the Northwest corner of the
Southwest quarter of Section 3~., Township 28, ~R.ange 2~;
thence East 108.15 ft.; thence South 1~0 ft.; thence
West 108.15 ft.; thence North to the point of beginning".
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield this 28th`day
