AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO.. 9.07 OF THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD ENTITLED
"AN ORDINANCE RELA TInG TO RESTAURANTS, FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS` AND FOOD
VENDING MACHINES", PASSED THE 9TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1963.
The Village Council of the Village of Richf ie ld does ordain as follows ::
Section 10.206 of Ordinance No .."9.07, of the Village of Richfield, entitled
°'An Ordinance Relating to Restaurants, Food Establishments and Food Vending Machines'°,
passed the 9th day of December, 1963, is hereby amended as follows::
"Section 10.206. License Fees. Fees for licenses issued hereunder shall be
as follows::
Food establishment: $25.00 per annum, plus $5.00 for each additional
facility on the same premises, as set forth above with respect to food establishments.
Itinerant food establishment: $15.00 per annum.

Retail candy shop:' $25.00 per annum, plus $5.00 for each additional
facility on the same premises, as set forth above with respect to food establishments..
Readily-perishable food vehicle: $5.00 per annum, providing that a
"fleet vehicle"` license for more than one readily-perishable food vehicle may be
issued, and the annual fleet vehicle license fee is $15..00 per annum.
Bakery food vehicle: $15.00 per annum.
Catering food vehicle:: $100.00 per annum, plus $5.00 per annum for each
additional catering food vehicle under the same ownership and operation!
Vending machine: for each machine dispensing food, and requiring a coin
or token, $5.00 per annum; for all other machines, $5.00 per annum for the first
food dispensing unit of the machine; and $5.00 per annum for each additional food
dispensing unit of the same machine, but not to exceed $50.00 for any one machine.
Penny operated food vending machines shall have a license fee of $1.50 each."
