1964-02Bi11 No. 1964-2 AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE N0. 9.07 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THAT CERTAIN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA, ENTITLED "'AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO RESTAURANTS, FOOD ESTABLISH MENTS AND FOOD VENDING MACHINES", PASSED BY THE COUIv'CIL THE 9TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1963 The Village Council of the Village of Richfield, Minnesota, ordains: Ordinance No. 9.07 of the village, entitled "An Ordinance Relating to Restaurants, Food Establishments and Food Vending Machines", passed the 9th day of December, 1963, is hereby amended in the following respects:: 1. Section 10.208, Paragraph C, thereof is hereby amended to read as follows :: "C. Corrections of Violations. All owners or operators of food establishments having a report giving notification of one or more violations of this ordinance shall, within not more than three days after receiving such report, remove or correct the violation so listed."` 2. Section 10.217, Paragraph H, thereof is hereby amended to read as follows "`H Ice. All ice shall be manufactured only from safe water which has been obtained from a safe water supply. Ice shall be handled and transported in single service containers, or in utensils which are clean and which have been subjected to bactericidal tireat- ment. Buckets, scoops, and ice containers,"unless they are single- service utensils, shall be made of a smooth, impervious material, and designed to facilitate cleaning. They shall be clean at all times. Canvas containers shall not be used. If ice-crushers are used, they should be easily cleanable. They shall be maintained in a clean con- dition and shall be subjected to bactericidal treatment before use and shall be covered when not in use."
