The Village Council. of the Village of Richf ~. eld ordains as fcllcw s o Sub=section (A) of Section 5~ of Ordinance No, ~.~°~ of the Vil~.age of Rachfields entitled "An Ordinance to Regulate the Designs C~snstr~~t~.on9 Installation and Ma:~nte b~ ante of Signs and Billboards Pr~v~.ding for the Admanastrati~~n and Enforcement Thereofe and Providing Penalties for the Violation Thereof"9 as hereby a,~teaded to read .as follows "~1.
