1963-02(6301-15-25-35 Lyndale Ave. So, Bill No. 63-2) AMENIJMENT TO ORDINAI~E Noe 2.03 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THAT CERTAIN ORDINANCE No, 2.03 OF THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING HEALTH; SAFETY, ORDER, CONVENIENCE, PROSPERITY AND GENERAL WELFARE BY REGULATING THE USE OF LAND, THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, THE ARRANGE- MENT OF BUILDINGS ON LOTS AND THE DENSITY OF POPULATION IN THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD, HENNEPIN COUN'T'Y, MINNESOTA'+ PASSED THE 25th DAY OF OCTOBER, 195l~9 AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED. The Village Council of the Village of Richfield do ordain that Ordinance No. 2,03 of the- Village of Richfield, entitled "An Ordinance far the Purpose of Promoting Health, Safety9 Order9 Convenience, Prosperity and General Welfare by Regulating the Use of Land, the Location and Use of Buildings, the Arrangement of Buildings on Lots9 and the Density of Population in the Village of Richfield9 Hennepin County9 Minnesota"9 passed October 25, 195., as subsequently amended is hereby amer~l.ed in the following respects (1) Section 59 Sub-section 3 thereof' is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following paragraph, to-wito "That area lying between the center line of Lyndale Avenue extended and a line distant 175 feet easterly and parallel thereto and between the center lines of 6l~th and 62nd Streets'+a 1 (2) Section 5, Sub-section 5 thereof9 is hereby amended by deleting the.re.~;rom the following paragraph9 to-wits. ++That area lying between the center line of Lyndale Avenue and the West line of Adolfson and Peterson~s First Addition, and between 63rd Street and. the north line of Lyndale Oaks, except the westerly 175 feet thereof++o (3) Section 5, Sub-section 3 thereof, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following paragraph9 to-wits }+That area lyz.ng between the center line of Lyndale Avenue extended and a line distant 175 easterly and parallel. thereto and between the center lines of 6l~th and 62nd Streets except that part thereof lying between the north line of Block 59 Lyndale Oaks, and the south line of 63rd Street+'o (l~) Section 5, Sub-section !~ thereof9 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following paragraph9 to-wits '+That area between the center line of Lyndale Avenue and the west line of Adolfson and Peterson's First Addition, and between 63rd Street and the North line of Lyndale Oaks'+, 1 Passed by the village council of the.
