Section 2 of Ordinance No.. 11..05 of the City of Richf field entitled "An
Ordinance Prohibiting the Burning of Rubbish and Combustible and Flamable
Materials and Providing a Penalty for Violation Thereof," passed the 12th
day of June 1950, as subsequently amended, is hereby amended to read as
follows ::
"Section 2. The burning of rubbish, paper, or other combus=
tible material within a safely constructed incinerator or burner
located on private property and at least fifteen feet from any
flamable material, building or structure shall be permitted; pro-
vided that no such burning shall be done between 6:00 A.M, and
12:00 noon, nor at any time when wind or weather conditions cause
burning or charred particles or heavy smoke to blow directly onto
adjacent property.
