CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Section 7, Paragraph A of Ordinance No. 2.14 of the city of Richfield, entitled "An Ordinance Relating to the Municipal (Vater System, Establishing Regulations and Rates for L11ater Service, and Providing Penalties for Violations Thereof'°, passed the 27th day of December 1961, as subsequently amended, is hereby amended to read as f'o 11ows :: 1 "S'ection 7.
