I~'O.. 2,14 OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, ENTITLED: °'AN ORDINANCE
RELATING TO THE MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM, ESTABLISHING REGULA-
TIONS AND RATES FOR WATER SERVICE, AND PROVIDING PENALTIES
FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF, PASSED THE 27TH DAY OF DECEMBER 1961,
AS SLBSEQUENTLY AD~iENDED.
CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN:
Section 7, Paragraph A of Ordinance No. 2.14 of the city of Richfield, entitled
"An Ordinance Relating to the Municipal (Vater System, Establishing Regulations and
Rates for L11ater Service, and Providing Penalties for Violations Thereof'°, passed
the 27th day of December 1961, as subsequently amended, is hereby amended to read

water user shall pay a minimum charge for each quarter year period

'°In case the meter is found to have stopped, or to be operating in
a faulty manner, the amount of water used will be estimated in ac-
cordance with the amount used previously..
'°t'Jhere service is for less than a quarterly period, this charge will
be pro-rated on a monthly basi s."
