CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAINo
Section to It is found and determined to be necessary and expedient
for the city to expend money from the Special Revenue Fund for the land-
scaping of the city hall and public safety building9 such expenditure being
for a capital improvement for which the city would be authorized to issue
general obligation bonds,
Section 2, The expenditure of $694OOoOCf from such Special Revenue
Fund for such purpose is hereby authorized pursuant to provisions of Section
?,129 Subdivision (2) of the city chartero
Section 3~ The expenditure herein authorized shall. be made pursuant
'to. capital rovements budget appropriations heretofore made and pursuant
to contracts authorized from time to-time hereafter by council resolutiono

field, in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, on Thursday of

least two hundred and forty (240) copies regularly delivered to pay-
ing subscribers and has entry a second class matter in its local post-
office; that a copy of each issue has been filed with the State Histori-
cal Society, St. Paul; and that there has ibeen on file in the affice~ Of the
County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota., the affidavit of a per-
son having knowledge of the facts, showing the name and location of
said newspaper and the existence of the conditions constituting its
qualifications as a legal newspaper.
