1966-09Bill No. 1966-9 ORDINANCE N0. 16.03 AN ORDINAIv'CE AIJTHORIZING THE SALE BY THE CITY OF RICHFIELD OF CERTAIN LAIv~ LOCATED IN THE VICINITY OF RICHFIELD LAVE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN; Section 1. It is determined that the following described lands, in the City of Richfield; County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota; now owned by the City of Richf field, are no longer needed for city purposes, to-wit:: Lots 9 and 10, except the north 17 feet thereof, Block 3,. Ray's Lynnhurst 2nd Addition, and Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, Block 2, Ray's Lynnhurst Addition, ex- cept any part thereof heretofore taken for highway purposes, and Lots 12, 13, 14 and 15, Block 2, Ray's Lynnhurst Addition. Section 2. The city council is authorized to dispose of such lands, by resolution, on such terms and conditions as it finds to be fair and reasonable.
