An Ordinance Author izing the Sale by the City of
Richfield of Certain Land Locatdd in the Vicinity
of 82nd Street and France Avenue, Bloomington, Minn.
CITY OF RICHF IELD DOES ORDAIN.
Section i. It is determined that the following described Land in the City of
Bloomington, County of Hennepin,. State of Minnes6ta, now owned by the City of
Richfield, is no longer needed for city purposes, to-wit:
That part of the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of the Southwest
Quarter (SW4), of Section Five (5), Township Twenty-seven (27),
Range Twenty-four (24), within the following described boundaries:

Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the Northwest Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of said Section Pive, thence East along the
North boundary line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of said Section Five, a distance of Nine Hundred and Ninety (990)
feet, thence South and parallel with the East boundary line of the
Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section Five, a
distance of Four Hundred Forty (440) feet, thence West and parallel
with the North boundary line of the Northwest Quarter of the South-
west Quarter of .said Section Five, a distance of Nine Hundred and
Ninety (990) feet, thence North along the West boundary line of 'the
Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section Five, a
distance of Four Hundred Porty (440) feet, to the point of beginning,
containing ten (10) acres more or less, according to the Government
Survey thereof.
Section 2. The city council is authorized to sell such land, by resolution,
on such terms and conditions as it finds to be fair and reasonable.
Passed by the council this 28.th day of March, 1966.
