1970-29Bi11 No. 1970-29 AMENDMENT TO SECTION 11.02, SUBDIVISION 8, AND SECTION 11.03, SUBDIVISION 14, OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Subdivision 8 of Section 11.02 of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, relating to the sale of non-intoxicating malt liquor, is hereby amended by adding, at the end of such subdivision, the following additional paragraph: "(13) No person under 21 years of age shall be employed in any rooms constituting the place in which non-intoxicating malt liquor is sold at retail 'on-sale', except that persons under 21 years of age may be employed to perform the duties of a bus boy or dishwashing services in restaurants in which non- intoxicating malt liquor is sold at retail 'on-sale'." Paragraph (6) of Subdivision 14 of Section 11.03 of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, relating to the sale of set-ups for consumption of liquor, is hereby amended to read as follows: "(6) No person under 21 years of age shall be employed in a room where 'set-up' sales are made and no such person shall be allowed to be or remain in such room unless accompanied by his parent or guardian except that persons under 21 years of age may be employed to perform the duties of a bus bo_y or dishwashing services in restaurants in which set-ups are sold."
