1970-26Bill No, 1970-26 1 AMENDMENT TO SECTION 3.10 SUBDIVISION 2 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Section 3.10, Subdivision 2 of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, relating to official fire zone maps, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Subd. 2. Official Fire Zone Maps. ~ The boundaries of and land areas included in these zones shall be so designated on the official fire zone map of the. city, This map shall be maintained in a current and accurate manner and official copies shall be filed for record in both the fire department offices 1 and the office of the chief inspector of the city. The maps shall be available for public inspection during regular city office hours. The official fire zone map of the city shall be adopted, and from time to time may be changed, by resolution of the City Council." (3) Said newspaper has 50% of its news columns devoted to news of local interest to the community which it purports to serve and does not wholly duplicate any other publication and is not made up entirely of patents, plate matter and advertisements. (6) 'Said news- paper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said news- paper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below. (8) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January 1, 1966 and each January 1 thereafter an affidavit in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by the publisher of said newspaper and sworn to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper.
