AMENDMENT TO APPENDIX 19 ~II
SECTIONS 3 and 4, OF THE
ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITE'
OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA

Appendix "C", Section 3, Paragraph (22), of the Ordinance Code of the
City of Richfield, Minnesota, defining one of the General Commercial Districts
of the City under Chapter III, Part IV, Section 3.28, Subdivision 2 of the
Ordinance Code, is hereby amended to read as follows:
11(22) That area lying between the center line of Cedar Avenue and a line
distant 173 feet westerly and parallel thereto and between the center
line of 70th Street and a line distant 177 feet northerly and parallel to
the center line of 77th Street, except the north 545.17 feet of Outlot 1,
Evergreen Gardens 2nd Addition, and except the South 150' of that part of
the E 4 of the N % of the NE ~ of the SE % of Section 35, Township 28,
Range 24, lying East of the West 153.13' thereof, and except that part of
the East quarter of the North half of the South half of the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 35, Township 28, Range 24,
lying East of Zubert's South View Gardens, Fourth Addition. (7500
Cedar Avenue South)."
Appendix "C", Section 4 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield,
defining the multiple residence districts of the city under Chapter II, Part
IV, Section 3.28, Subdivision 2 of such code, is hereby amended by adding
