1969-09Bill No. 1969-9 AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 1, SECTION 1.10, SUBDIVISION 1 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Chapter 1, Section 1.10, Subdivision 1 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Subdivision 1. General Misdemeanors. Unless another penalty is especially provided in this code, any person violating any provision of this code, or any rule or regulation adopted or issued in pursuance thereof, or any provision of any code adopted herein by reference, shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not more than /$100.00/ $300.00 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 90 days, or both." 1 I I ~,/ Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, this 8th day of September 1969. -.
