1968-14Bi11 No. 1968-14 1 AMENDMENT TO CHAP'1~R IX, SECTION 9.05, OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Chapter IX, Section 9.05 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, relating to miscellan- eous traffic regulations, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following additional subdivisions at the end thereof: "Subd. 4. 'U' Turns. No vehicle shall be turned around by making a 'U' turn upon andstreet or hi~hwa~ in the cif un- less su_c_h vehicle sha11 first proceed to an intersecting street.
