AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER III, PART 4, SECTION 3.38
OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD,
MINNESOTA
CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAINt Chapter III, Part 4, Section 3.38 of the
Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield, Minnesota relating to special
provisions for outside parking and storage, is hereby ame~led by adding
thereto the following additional subdivision at the end thereof:
"Subd. ~: It is unlawful for and person in charge_or control
of any property within the city whether as owner, tenant, oc-
cupant, lessee, or otherwise, to allow any partially dismantledz
non-operating, wrecked, junked, or discarded vehicle to remain on
such property 1o~er than 96 hours; except that this ordinance
shall not apply with regard to a vehicle in an enclosed buildi~
a vehicle on the remises of a business enterprise operated in a
lawful place and manner, when necessary to the operation of such
business enterprise; or a vehicle in an appropriate_storage place
or depository maintained in a lawful dace and manner by the city."
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, this
14th day of October, 1968.
