AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER VI, CONI~IERCIAL BUSINESS AND
TRADE REGULATION AND LICENSING, SECTION 6.21, SUB-
DIVISION 4, PARAGRAPH (2), OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA
CTTY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN:
Chapter VI, Commercial Business and Trade Regulation and Licensing,
Section 6.21, Sub-division 4, Paragrph (2) of the Ordinance Code of the
City of Richfield, Minnesota, defining license application requirements
for taxicab drivers, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(2) He must be a United States citizen over /21/ 20 years old,
a resident of Hennepin County or any county contiguous thereto
and able to read and write the English language,"
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 8th day of
July, 1968.
