1968-08Bi11 No, 1968-8 AMENDMENT TO APPENDIX "C", SECTION 1, PARAGRAPHS (4) and (6), and SECTION 4, PARAGRAPH (103), OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Appendix "C", Section 1, Paragraphs (4) and (6) of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, defining one of the Industrial Districts of the City under Chapter III, Part IV, Section 3.28, Subdivision 2 of the Ordinance Code, are hereby amended to read as follows: "(4) /The east 120 feet of the south 139.2 feet of the north 219.2 feet of the west quarter (W 1/4) of the Southwest quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 28, Town- ship 28, Range 24, and that part of the north 80 feet of the west quarter (W 1/4) of the southwest quarter (SW 1/4) of the north- west quarter (NW 1/4) of said Section 28 lying east of the west 166 feet thereof./ (Deleted)", "(6) /The east 120 feet of the south 139.2 feet of the north 219.2 feet of the west quarter (W 1/4) of the Southwest quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northwest quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 28, Town- ship 28, Range 24, and that part of the north 80 feet of the west quarter (W 1/4) of the southwest quarter (SW 1/4) of the north- west quarter (NW 1/4) of said Section 28 lying east of the west 166 feet thereof,/ (Deleted)", Appendix "C", Section (4), Paragraph (103) of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield, defining one of the Multiple-Residence Districts of the City, under Chapter III, Part IV, Section 3,28, Subdivision 2 of the Ordi- nance Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "(103) The east one-half (E 1/2) of that area lying between Penn Avenue and Oliver Avenue and lying north of 65th Street within 299.2" of the north line of 65th Street, and south of the center line of 64th Street except the south 80' thereof," Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 24th day of June, 1968. (5) Said newspaper purports to serve the City of Richfield in the County of Hennepin and it has its known office of issue in the City of Richfield in said county, established and open during its regular business hours for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements and sale of subscriptions and main- tained by the managing officer or persons in its employ and subject to his direction and con- trol during all such regular business hours and devoted exclusively during such regular business hours to the business of the newspaper and business related thereto, (6) 'Said news- paper files a copy of each. issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said news- er has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day ates of publication mentioned below.
