1968-05Bi11 No. 1968-5 AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER II, SECTION 2,42, SUBDIVISION 1 AND SECTION 2,47, SUBDIVISION 2 OF THE ORDINANCE COED OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Chapter II, Section 2,42, Subdivision 1 of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Subdivision 1. LEGAL HOLIDAYS, The following legal holidays are paid holidays for city employees: New Year's Day, Lincoln's Birthday, Washington's Birthday, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Columbus Day, Labor Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. "When New Year's Day, Memorial fall on Sunday, the following day four holidays falls on a Saturday, Monday shall be a Maid holiday. (6) 'Said news- paper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said news- paper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below.
