1973-05Bill 1973-5 LEGAL NOTICE C 1 1 AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER II, PART III, SECTION 2.33, SUB- DIVISIONS 16 and 17, AND SECTION 2.34, SUBDIVISION 3 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RTCHFIELD, MINNESOTA. CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Chapter II, Part III, Section 2,33, Subdivisions 16 and 17 of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield, Minnesota is hereby amended to read as follows: Subd, I6, Amount of Payment, Eligible employees shall receive a longevity payment of 1°/ based on_current bi-weekly base salary upon completion of five years of service. Polices /and/ fire and general services personnel only shall in addition receive a longevity payment of 2% after completion of 10 years of serzr~.ce~;; based upon the employees current bi-weekly base salary. Longevity increments shall be paid in addition to regular compensation and may be incorporated with the regu- lar pay checks. Subd, 17. (3) Fire Employees. All employees except those described in the paragraph on administrative employees shall be compensated in cash on a straight time basis (bi-weekly rate /118.2/ 111.6 hours = regular hourly rate) for work performed in excess of their regular work schedule. Chapter II, Part III, Section 2.34, Subdivision 3 of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield, Minnesota is hereby amended to read as follows: (e) Fire Personnel Working as Shift Employees. The annual accrual of twelve working days of vacation leave with pay shall be construed to mean one hundred forty-four_hou_rs of duty-shift time for personnel working on a shift basis of an average of /59.1/ 56 hours per week; fifteen working days of vacation leave shall be construed to mean one hundred ninety-two hours of duty-shift time; eighteen working days shall be construed to mean two hundred sixteen hours of duty-shift time; and twenty working days shall be construed to mean two hundred sixty-four hours of duty-shift time. ~_ Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfi~ 1d this 26th day of March, ren L, Law Attest: Thomas J. (6) Said news- paper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said new~- paper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below. (8) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January 1. 1966 and each January 1 thereafter an affidavit in the form prescribed. by the Secretary of State and signed by the publisher of said newspaper and sworn to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper.
