1972-21Bill 1972-21 AMENDMENT TO APPENDIX C, SECTIONS 3 and 4, OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Appendix C, Sections 3 and 4, of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, defining the multiple dwelling and general commercial districts of the city, under Chapter III, Part TV, Section 3.28, Subdivision 2 of such code is hereby amended in the following respects: A new paragraph (119) shall be added to said Section 4, after paragraph (118), reading as follows: "(119) That part of Government Lot 3, Section 28, Township 28, Range 24, described as follows• Commencing at a point in the East line of said Section 28, .~ distant 1176.3 feet south of the Northeast .corner thereof; thence north along the East line of said section 45 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as Point "A"; thence continuing North along the East line of said section 70.36 feet; thence at a right angle west 176 5 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be described; thence at a right angle North 79.36 feet; thence at a right angle West to an intersection with the Southerly extension of the West line of Aldrich Avenue as laid out and platted in "Ray`s Lynnhurst 2nd Addition"; thence Northerly along the Southerly extension of the West line of said Aldrich Avenue South to a point 120 feet youth of the Southeast corner of Lot 4, Block 2 in said addition; thence Westerly parallel with the South line of said Lot 4 to a point 120 feet South of the Southwest corner thereof; thence Southerly along the East line of the alley in said Block 2 to the South line of said Block 2; thence ~Testerly along the South line of said Block 2 to the .East line of Bryant Avenue South as laid out and _platted in said addition; thence South along the East line of Bryant Avenue South 49.3 feet; thence South 63° East 121.15 feet$ thence South 48° East, 125 feet to an intersection with a line bearing South 82° West from the initial point of commence- ment; thence North 82 East, 255.1 feet to an intersection with a line drawn South. from the actual point of beginning and parallel with the East line of said Section 28; thence North along said parallel line 140.17 feet to the actual point of be- ginning. - and The southerly 45 feet and the westerly 23 feet of the following described tract: Beginning at a point on the East line of said Government Lot 3, distant 1176.3 feet south from the Northeast corner thereof; thence north. along the East line thereof 115.36 feet; thence west ~ right angle 176.5 feet; thence south at a right a~.gle a distance of 140.17 feet more or less to an intersection with a line bearing south 82o West from the point of beginning; thence north 82o East 178,23 feet more or less to the point of beginning, except road." In Paragraph (18) of said Section 3 is amended to read as follows: "(18) That area lying within the following described boundaries: Beginning at the intersection of 63rd Street and the center line of a1~cy of Block 1, Ray's Lynnhurst 2nd Addition; thence running southerly along the center line of said a11ey extended to the easterly shore of Grass Lake; thence southeasterly along the shores of Grass bake to the east section line of Section 28, Township 28, Range 24; thence_southerly along said section line to the center line of 65th Street; thence /southeasterly/ northeasterly along the center line of 65th Street to the intersection with Lyndale Avenue; thence northwesterly and northerly along the center line of Lyndale Avenue to the intersection of 63rd Street; thence westerly along the center line of 63rd Street to the point of beginning and there terminating, except "Tract "C" of Registered Land Survey No. 675 and except the West 55 feet of Tract "B", Registered Land Survey No. 675, and except all of Tract "B" Registered Land Survey No. 1131, and except the following described tract in Government Lot 3, Section 28, Township 28, Range 24: The southerly 45 feet and the westerly 23 feet of the following described tract: Beginning at a point on the East line of said Government Lot 3, distant 1176.3 feet south from the Northeast corner thereof; thence north along the East line thereof 115.36 feet; thence west at a right angle 176.5 feet; thence south at a right angle a distance of 140.17 feet more or less to an intersection with a line bearing south 82 West _from the point of beginning; thence north 82o East 178.23 feet more or less to the point of beginning, except road."
