1972-03Bi11 No. 1972-3 AMENDMENT TO SECTION 9.01, SUBDIVISION 2, OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Subdivision 2 of Section 9.01 of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, incorporating by reference certain provisions of the State Highway Traffic Code, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Subd. 2. Adoption of Certain State Highway Traffic Regulations by Reference. (1) Adoption. The following provisions of the Minnesota Statutes including Minnesota Statutes 1971 are hereby adopted by refer- ence: (a) Chapter 169 in its entirety; (b) Sections 168.055, 168.056, 168.09, 168.10, 168.11, 168.27, 168.36, 168.39, 168.41, 168.44 and 168.83 of Chapter 168; and (c) Sections 171.02, 171.03, 171.05, 171.08, 171.09, 171.11, 171.17, 171.1$, 171.20, 171.22, 171.23, 171.24 of Chapter 171. Every provision contained in said Minnesota Statutes herein adopted is a part of this code, as if fully set forth herein." (8) Said news- paper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. i?) Said news- paper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below. (8) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January 1, 1988 and each January 1 thereafter an affidavit in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by the publisher of said newspaper and sworn to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper.
