1971-16Bill No. 1971-16 AMENDMENT TO SECTION 11.02, SUBDIVISION 8, PARAGRAPH (4), OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Section 11.02, Subdivision 8, Paragraph (4), of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, relating to the hours during which non-intoxicating malt liquor may be sold, is hereby amended to read as follows: "(4) Non-intoxicating malt liquor shall not be sold between 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the day of any statewide election any election day in the district in which the election is held ." Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, this 9 27th~day of September, 1971. (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at least once each week. (3) Said newspaper has 50% of its news columns devoted to news of local interest to the community which it purports to serve and does not wholly duplicate any other publication and is not made up entirely of patents, plate matter and advertisements. (B) Said news- paper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said news- paper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below. (fi) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January 1. 1966 and each January 1 thereafter an affidavit in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by the publisher of said newspaper and sworn to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper.
