Once the Consent Calendar has been approved, the individual items and recommended actions have also been approved. No further Council action on these items is necessary. However, any Council Member may request that an item be removed from the Consent Calendar and placed on the regular agenda for Council discussion and action. All items listed on the Consent Calendar are recommended for approval. A .C onsider the approval of the F oundational P ublic Health Responsibilities (F P HR) grant provided by the Minnesota L egislature and administered through the Minnesota D epartment of Health. S taff Report No. 12 B .C onsider adoption of resolutions of support for two grant opportunities offered through MnD OT's S afe Routes to S chool program: 1. A n infrastructure grant application by P ublic Works for $500,000 to construct pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure on 70th S treet between E lliot and 12th Avenues at Richfield S TE M and D ual L anguage E lementary S chools. 2. A planning grant application by IS D #280 for planning assistance to update the 2014 S afe Routes to S chool C omprehensive P lan.
