1974-08Bi11 1974-8 AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER I, SECTION 1.11 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Chapter I, Section 1.11 of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield relating to incorporation by reference of various codes, statutes and ordin- antes is hereby amended to provide as follows: "1.11 CODES, STATUTES AND ORDINANCES ADOPTED BY REFERENCE /-FILING/ Subdivision 1. Filing. Pursuant to Minn. Statutes 4.71.62, various codes, statutes and ordinances are adopted by reference in this code. In all cases where codes statutes and ordinances have been adopted by references /three (3) copies/ one copy of such code/s/, statutes/s/, or ordinances/s/ shall be marked as an official__/copies/ copy and maintained on file with the city clerk. /These copies are/ This co is available for public inspection. Subd. 2. Statutes Incorporated by Reference. When provisions of Minn. Statutes are adopted and incorporated by reference in this code, the refer- , ence is to Minn. (6) Said news- paper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said news- paper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below. (8) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January 1, 1966 and each January 1 thereafter an affidavit in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by the publisher of said newspaper and sworn to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper.
