1975-04Bill 1975-4 AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER V, PART II, SECTION 5.19, OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Chapter V, Part II, Section 5.19, Subdivision 6 of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield, Minnesota relating to the conduct of bingo games is hereby amended by amending paragraph (6) thereof as follows: "(6) The game of bingo may be conducted only by members of the licensed association. No member shall receive compen- sation of any kind for his services in conducting the game in excess of the compensation provided_by State Law, and no person shall assist in operating the game unless he has been and is a member or the spouse of a member in good standing of the assoc- iation for at least one year." (8) Said news- paper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said news. paper has complied with all the foregoing conditions for at least two years preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned below. (8) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January 1, 1966 and each January 1 thereafter an affidavit in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by the publisher of said newspaper and sworn to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper.
