1975-03Bi11 1975-3 AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER III, PART IV, SECTION 3.36 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Chapter III, Part IV, Section 3.29, Subdivion 14, Paragraph (b) (2) of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, relating to Home Occupation is amended as follows: "(b)(2) A single nameplate, not exceeding /200 square inches/ 2 square feet in area, stating the name of the person conducting the Home Occupation and its general nature may be erected on the premises in accord with the provisions of this code regu- lating signs. No other advertising sign or device may be used to invite attention to the Home Occupation. AND FURTHER THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Chapter III, Part ID/, Section 3.36, Subdivision 1, Paragraph (1) of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, relating to outdoor signs in a "R" and "MR" District is amended as follows: "(1) A sign /signs/ not to exceed 2 square feet dis playing /only/ the name of the owner, occupant or lessee and the nature of a Home Occupation , if any.
