1974-24Bill No. 1974-24 AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER XI, SECTION 11.04 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD C CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Chapter XI, Section 11.04 of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield relating to the regulation of the possession or consumption of liquor or non- intoxicating malt liquor by minors is hereby amended in the following manner: "11.04 REGULATION OF THE POSSESSION OR CONSUMPTION OF LIQUOR OR NON-INTOXICATING MALT LIQUOR BY MINORS. n Subdivision 1. Adoption of Certain Provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 340 by Reference. The following provisions and sections of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 340 are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as if fully set forth herein; (1) Minnesota Statutes 340.035, Consumption, Possession". (2) Minnesota Statutes 340.731, _ Acts or Statements". /(3) Minnesota Statutes 340.79, ^_ Procuring for Minors"./ /(4) Minnesota Statutes 340.80, Enter Saloon"./ "Minors; Purchase, "Minors; Forbidden "Giving To or "Inducing Minor to Subdivision 2. Giving To our procuring for Minors. Any person w_h.o shall give to, procure or purchase, intoxicating liquor or non-intoxi- cating malt liquor for any minor person or other person to whom the sale of intoxicating liquor or non-intoxicating malt liquor is by law forbidden, is guility of a misdemeanor. Subdivision 3. Inducing Minor to Enter Saloon. Any person who shall assist, procure or induce any minor or other person to whom the sale of liquor is by law forbidden, to enter or visit any saloon, bar, buffet or public drinking place for the purpose of obtaining intoxicating liquor or non-intoxicating malt liquor is guilty of a misdemeanor."
