1977-14sill No. 1977-14 AMENDMENT TO APPENDIX C, SECTIONS 2 AND 3 OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN: Appendix C, Section 2 of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield, Minnesota defining neighborhood business districts of the city, under Chapter IIT, Part IV, Section 3.28, Subdivision 2 of such code is hereby amended in the following respects: Paragraph (4) is amended to read "(4) That part of the north [south] one-half of Section 28, Township 28, Range 24 lying north of 66th Street, between Graham Avenge extended and a line running parallel with the easterly line of said Section, distant 410 feet westerly of said easterly line except that parcel described in _ Appendix C, Section 3, Paragraph (74)." Appendix C, Section 3 of the ordinance code of the City of Richfield, Minnesota defining general commercial districts of the city, under Chapter III, Part IV, Section 3.28, Subdivision 2 of such code is hereby amended in the following respect: The following paragraph shall be added at the end of said Section 3: "_(74) Commencing at a point on the Westerly boundary line of Tract E Registered Land Survey No. 642, which point is 201 feet Southerly from the Northwest corner of said Tract E thence Easterl at ri ht an les to said Westerl boundar line of said Tract E to a oint on the Easterl boundary line of said Tract E thence Southerly along the Easterly boundary line of said Tract E to the Northeasterly corner of Tract C, thence Southerl along the Easterly boundary line of said Tract C to the Southeasterly corner thereof, thence Westerly along the Souther boundary line of said Tract C to the Southwesterly corner thereof, thence Westerl alon the Southerl boundar line of. said Tract E to the Southwesterly corner thereof• thence Northerl alon the Westerl boundary line said Tract E to the place of beginnings being a portion of sand Tract E and all of said Tract C sub'ect to an easement for street purposes. RITCHAY, being duly sworn, on oath says he is and during all times here stated has been the vice president and printer of the newspaper known as T'he Richfield Sun and has full knowledge of the facts herein stated as follows: (1) Said newspaper is printed in the English language in newspaper format and in column and sheet form equivalent in printed space to at least 900 square inches. (2) Said newspaper is a weekly and is distributed at least once each week. (5) Said newspaper purports to serve the City of Richfield in the County of Hennepin and it has its known office of issue in the City of Bloomington in said county, established and open during its regular business hours for the gathering of news, sale of advertisements and sale of subscriptions and maintained by the managing officer of said newspaper or persons in its employ and subject to his direction and control during all such regular business hours and devoted exclusively during such regular business hours acid at which said newspaper is printed. (6) Said newspaper files a copy of each issue immediately with the State Historical Society. (7) Said newspaper is made available at single or subscription prices to any person, corporation, partnership or other unincorporated association requesting the newspaper and making the applicable payment. (8) Said newspaper has complied with all foregoing conditions for at least one year preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned be]ow. (9) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January ], 1966 and each January 1 thereafter an affidavit in the form prescribed by the Secretary of State and signed by the managing officer of said newspaper and sworn to before a notary public stating that the newspaper is a legal newspaper.
