Transitory Ordinance No. 16.59 An Ordinance
Providing for the Vacation of a Portion
of 69th Street
CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN':
Section 1. The following portion of G9th Street within
the City of Richfield is hereby vacated:
All that portion of 69th Street lying between the exten-
sions across it of the east line of 21st Avenue and the
west line of Block 1, Rich Acres Addition.
Section 2. The Mayor and Acting City P:Ianager are authorized
to take such action as is required to give effect to the vacation
of the public right-of-way as provided in the foregoing Section 1.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield, l,iinnesota
this 23rd day of April 1979.
