AMENDMENT TO APPENDIX C
OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD, MINNESOTA
CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN:
Appendix C of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield, Minnesota defining
the boundaries of the various zoning districts of the City enumerated in Chapter
III, Part IV, Section 3.28, Subdivision 2 of such code~is hereby amended in the
,following respect:
1. Appendix C, Section 3 is amended by amending paragraph (42) to read
as follows:
"(42) The area lying between the center lines of the Minneapolis, North-
field and Southern Railway right-of-way and Nicollet Avenue and between
the center line of 66th Street and the south line of Nicollet Homes 2nd

Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 27, Township 28, Range 24, then North along the center
line of said Section 27, a distance of 685.9 feet to an extension

C 50 feet to the southeast corner of said Tract C, then westerly

2. Appendix C, Section 7 is amended by adding a new paragraph 2 which
will read as follows:

newspaper or persons in its employ and subject to his direction and control during all such
regular business hours and devoted exclusively during such regular business hours a:~d at
which said newspaper is printed. (6) Said newspaper files a copy of each issue immediately
with the State Historical Society. (7) Said newspaper is made avai]able at single or subscription
prices to any person, co#~poration, partnership or other unincorporated association requesting
the newspaper and making the applicable payment. (8) Said newspaper has complied with all
foregoing conditions for at least one year preceding the day or dates of publication mentioned
be]ow. (9) Said newspaper has filed with the Secretary of State of Minnesota prior to January
