Second reading of this Transitory Ordinance No. 16.68 was deferred for
second reading to the March 9, 1981 city council meeting by the city
council on January 12, 1981, at the request of United National Corp.
ORDINANCE N0. 16,68, AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A
PORTION OF PILLSBURY AVENUE SOUTH
On May 11, 1981, United National Corporation indicated by letter that
they did not wish to go ahead with the Pillsbury Avenue vacation at
this time because they are reevaluating their improvement plans for
the shopping center,
City council voted unanimously to discontinue the vacation procedure,
