AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY OF THE CITY FOR HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS OF T.H. 494 AT
PENN AVENUE SOUTH

THE CITY OF RICHFIELD DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following property of the City is hereby authorized to be sold to
the Minnesota Department of Transportation
A portion of the southwest 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 of Section 33,
Township 28 Range 24, Hennepin County, Minnesota as shown on the
attached map.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Manager are authorized and directed to sign all
documents necessary to effect the sale contemplated by this ordinance.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 26th day of November,
2001.
