AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO REGULAR MEETINGS OF
THE CITY COUNCIL; AMENDING SUBSECTION 205.01 OF
THE RICHFIELD CITY CODE
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD ORDAINS:
Section 1. Subsection 205.01 of the Richfield City Code is amended to read as
follows:
205.01. Regular meetings. Regular meetings of the council are held on
the second and fourth ~a~}sTuesdays of each month at X96:30
p.m. at the city hall. If any such Me~a~Tuesday is a legal holiday, the
meeting shall be held on the next following day at the same hour and
place.
Section 2. This ordinance is effective in accordance with Section 3.09 of the
Richfield City Charter.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota this 13th day of
August, 2001.
